Safety Policies & Procedures

Safety is top priority at Radiant Allure Hair Studio. In light of COVID-19, our policies and procedures have changed. Please carefully familiarize yourself with the updated guidelines to keep in mind before coming to your appointment.


Please cancel if you are sick or waiting test results

I know that hair care is so important however taking care of your physical health is much more important. to help decrease and lessen the spread of this virus please cancel/reschedule your appointment if you do not feel well or have been in contact with someone who is sick. 

If you are waiting for COVID-19 test results, please do not come in until you get a confirmed negative result.

PLEASE NOTE: If you appear be sick or display any symptoms upon arrival or during your appointment you will be asked to leave.

Forms & Waivers

Please make sure to complete any forms and waivers prior to coming in for your appointment. Forms will be sent via email and text the day before your appointment. 


No Extra Guest

Unfortunately due to space limitations there will be no extra guest allowed. Please come alone in order for us to maintain a limited number of people inside the salon at all times. Please do not bring children, friends, relatives, pets, etc.

Food & Drinks

There will be no food or drinks permitted in the salon suite 


Wear a Mask

Face coverings are required for everyone who enters into the building. It must also be worn throughout the duration of your appointment session no exception.  If you don’t have a mask, I will be happy to provide one for an additional fee.

Notification Upon Arrival 

There will no longer be benches located in the waiting area as it has been mandated for all guest to wait outside the building until their appointment time. Please text 484-278-1676 when you have arrived and you will receive a code to be buzzed in. 


Temperature Check

All guest must have a temperature check upon entering the building using touchless thermometer. If you have a temperature of 99.9 degrees or above your appointment must be rescheduled.


Salon & Building Sanitation

Cleanliness & safety has always been a top priority, I have added more steps to my daily operations to ensure the most clean and safe environment.

Between each client the studio will be properly sanitized including the chairs, shampoo station, and tools.  

The door handles and high-touch surfaces in the common area will also be sanitized throughout the day.

There will be hand sanitizer at the front as well as inside my suite to use before and after your appointment. 


Checkout Procedure

All service payments can be made via cashapp, zell, or paypal. You are free to prepay for your appointment when scheduling as well.  In order to make this process brief, it is best if you can make  future appointments online using the website. Due to the high demand from prolonged closure and the state regulated capacity limits, I will no longer be able to accommodate any "squeeze in" appointments. It is strongly encouraged that you pre-book recurring appointments, this will guarantee your place and ensure proper timely maintenance. 


Socializing & Conversation

As much as I do miss talking and catching up with you all I have to ask that conversation and distractions be limited while being serviced. This will help with staying on tack and getting you in and out in a timely fashion. 




Price Increase

Due to increased operational costs and schedule requirements, I had to make price adjustments on certain services. To view the prices, please see the service menu. Thank you for your understanding & support!


Cancellation & Lateness Policy

Because of our low capacity and high demand, no shows and changes/cancellations must be done 24 hours of your appointment time or you will lose your deposit fee. All no call no show appointments will be unable to schedule any future appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so 24 hours in advance using the text or email confirmation. (If you want to reschedule please do not CANCEL the appointment or you will be prompted to pay another deposit)

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment and be ready to be seen. I understand things happen traffic happens however due to a very tight schedule the 10 minute grace period will be strictly enforced moving forward. If you are running later than 10 minutes your appointment will have to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited no exception.
